The terms of using this service

Written to be read once and understood. Where a term protects us rather than you, it says so plainly instead of hiding in a clause.

Effective 22 August 2026 · Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tailor Made AI Systems LLC ("we", "us"), 2501 Chatham Rd STE N, Springfield, IL 62704, United States. By signing up for Tailor-Made Insights you accept them. If you do not, do not sign up — and if something here concerns you, email asantem@madeforyouai.com and ask.

What the service is

Tailor-Made Insights researches your market, your competitors, and your public reputation, and sends you a written briefing on a schedule you choose, with an optional narrated audio version. What it covers is built from the profile you give us and adjusts as you tell it to.

What it is not

This is information, not advice. Nothing in a briefing is financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice, and no part of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. We are not your adviser, broker, attorney, or accountant, and using this service does not create any such relationship.

Briefings contain forward-looking statements — predictions, timing windows, and suggested actions. They are informed judgements about an uncertain future, not statements of fact about it. Some will be wrong. We publish our own hit rate, including the misses, precisely so that you can judge how much weight to give them.

Decisions you make after reading a briefing are yours. Before you act on anything with money or legal consequence attached — a contract, a purchase, a filing, a deadline — verify it against the linked source and, where it matters, take professional advice. We give you the sources for exactly this reason.

Accuracy, and its limits

We work hard on this. Figures are checked against their sources before a briefing goes out, low-trust sources are filtered out before the writing stage, and past predictions are graded when their window closes. We publish the scorecard.

Even so, the research draws on third-party sources we do not control, and it is produced with automated systems. It can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. We do not warrant that any briefing is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. If you spot an error, tell us — replies reach a person, and corrections appear in the next briefing.

Availability

We aim to deliver every briefing on schedule, and we monitor the pipeline for failures. But we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Briefings depend on external providers, and an outage at one of them can delay or degrade a briefing. Where that happens we would rather send you a briefing that names what was missing than a briefing that quietly pretends nothing was.

We may change, add, or remove features. If a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you.

Your content, and ours

Your profile and anything you send us stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the single purpose of producing your briefings, as described in our Privacy page.

The briefings we write for you are yours to use inside your organisation, indefinitely, including after you cancel. The service itself — the software, the templates, the design, the name — remains ours.

Ending the agreement

You can leave at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or whose payment fails and is not resolved. If we end your account for any reason other than a breach, we refund the unused portion of what you have paid.

Where responsibility sits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or losses arising from a decision you made after reading a briefing. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they simply do not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and we both agree to that.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top. For a material change we email subscribers at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you would rather not, cancel before then.
