What we collect, and who touches it
This is short because we collect very little. That is a deliberate design choice, not an oversight — the less we hold, the less there is to lose.

Tailor-Made Insights is operated by Tailor Made AI Systems LLC, 2501 Chatham Rd STE N, Springfield, IL 62704, United States. Questions about anything on this page go to asantem@madeforyouai.com and a person answers them.
What we collect
The signup form asks for thirteen things, and that is the complete list:
- Your email address — the only field we genuinely cannot work without.
- Your name and what you want your briefing called.
- Your business description, website, and what you do.
- What you want watched, and what you are trying to achieve.
- How often you want it, at what time, in which time zone.
After that, three things accumulate on their own: the briefings we have sent you, whether you opened or clicked them, and anything you reply to a briefing. All three exist to make the next briefing better than the last one.
What we deliberately do not collect
No phone number. No password. No payment card to start a trial. No access to any of your systems, accounts, inboxes, or files. No tracking of you anywhere else on the internet. If a briefing needs something we do not have, we ask you for it — we do not go and get it.
No cookies. This site sets none, and stores nothing in your browser. Our traffic counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites.
Who processes your information
We do not sell your information and we never will. But producing a briefing means passing parts of it to the specialist services that do the work, and you deserve their names rather than the word "partners".
Services that hold your personal information
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Everything: your profile, your email address, every briefing sent to you, your replies | It is our database. This is where your account actually lives. |
| Trigger.dev | Everything that passes through a briefing run | It runs the pipeline that builds and sends your briefing. |
| Resend | Your email address and the finished briefing | It delivers the email, and reports whether it arrived. |
| Cloudflare | Your audio files; the pages you visit on this site and the portal | Hosting, audio storage, and cookieless traffic counts. |
| Stripe | Your email address and billing details, if you subscribe | Payments. Your card goes straight to Stripe — it never touches our servers and we could not store it if we wanted to. |
Services that receive material derived from your profile
These do not get your account. They get the questions and text your profile produces — which can include your business name, your website, and your competitors, because that is what the research is about.
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | Your profile and the research findings | Writes the research questions and the briefing itself. |
| Perplexity | The search questions written from your profile | Runs the research. |
| OpenAI | The audio script text; short text snippets for repeat-detection | Narration, and remembering what it already told you. |
| Outscraper | Your business name and website domain | Fetches new Google and Trustpilot reviews of your business. |
| Apify | Your brand and competitor search terms | Sweeps X and Reddit for mentions. |
| GDELT, Hacker News | Your brand and competitor search terms | Searches global news and technical discussion for mentions. |
| Jina | Public URLs found during research | Reads the contents of a public page we found. |
| QuickChart | The numbers in your tracking chart | Turns them into an image your email client can display. |
Every one of these is a processor acting on our instructions. None of them is paid for your data, and none is permitted to use it for their own purposes. If we add one, this page changes before it goes live.
Training
We do not use your information to train any AI model, and we never will. That is a commitment about what we do.
We also rely on the AI providers above, and they publish their own commitments: their business and API terms exclude customer inputs from training their models by default, which is the basis on which we use them. We tell you that rather than presenting someone else's policy as our guarantee — if a provider ever changed it, we would move or tell you.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only parties who see it are the processors named above, and anyone we are legally required to give it to — a valid court order, for instance. If that ever happened and we were permitted to tell you, we would.
Your briefing is yours. Its contents are never shown to another subscriber, published, or used as an example anywhere without asking you first. The sample briefing on this site is a fictional business we invented for the purpose.
How long we keep it
- While you are a subscriber, we keep your profile and your briefing history — the history is the product. Knowing what it told you in June is how it avoids repeating itself in August, and how it grades its own past predictions honestly.
- If you unsubscribe, we stop sending and stop researching. Your account remains so you can come back to it.
- If you ask us to delete it, we delete your profile, your briefings, your replies, and your audio files. Email us and we will confirm when it is done. Records we must keep for tax or accounting — that a payment happened — stay with Stripe.
Your choices
- Stop the emails — one click, from the link at the bottom of any briefing. It takes effect immediately.
- Change what it covers — reply to any briefing in plain English, or use the preference link in the footer.
- See everything we hold — your Briefing Room has every briefing we have sent you. Ask and we will send you the rest.
- Delete it all — email us. No retention call, no exit survey.
- Cancel billing — from your Briefing Room, through Stripe, at any time.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your information — to access it, correct it, take it elsewhere, or have it erased. We will honour those requests from anyone who asks, wherever you are, rather than checking whether you are entitled to them first.
Security
Access to the database is limited to the service that builds your briefing. Links in your emails that act on your account — unsubscribe, layout, your Briefing Room — are cryptographically signed, so they cannot be guessed or altered to reach someone else's account. We hold no card numbers and no passwords, which are the two things most worth stealing.
No system is perfect. If something ever exposed your information, we would tell you what happened, when, and what we did about it.
Children
This is a service for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works, we update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant — a new category of information, or a new processor — we email subscribers rather than relying on you to re-read it.
